Constantine Metal Resources (TSXV:CEM) has announced its 2018 exploration plans for the Palmer copper-zinc-silver-gold joint venture project in Southeast Alaska. According to the company, it plans to begin a 10,000m diamond drill program using two rigs starting in early June, an updated mineral resource estimate and prelimary economic assessment study and to advance plans to initiate permitting underground exploration development. Constantine's 51 percent share of the joint venture budget to year end is approximately US$4.5 million. A drastically but deceptively altered 1792 Washington Eagle “cent” submitted to Professional Coin Grading Service (www.PCGS.com) underscores the alarming skills of some so-called “coin doctors” and why it is essential to have rare coins expertly and independently examined. In an effort to use only recycled products to create medals for the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, concerns over a silver shortage have now come to light.  Since the Tokyo 2020 Medal project's launch in April 2017, half the necessary bronze has been collected, but nearly twice as much silver is still needed. Insiders believe that if the situation remains unchanged, Olympic organizers will most likely face a silver shortage. “Given the collection pace of bronze, we are significantly short of silver, which we need twice as much of as bronze,” an official of the organizing committee said. Murchison Minerals (TSXV:MUR) has announced an exploration update for the Brabant-McKenzie project located 175 km northeast of La Ronge in Saskatchewan. The program focused on three drill targets, the Brabant-McKenzie deposit, anomaly C and anomaly D. As quoted in the press release: Over 900 core samples were sent for assay during the program and submitted to SRC Laboratories in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
