Northern Sphere Mining Corp. (CSE:NSM) (OTC Pink:NSMCF) (“Northern Sphere” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the closing of the first tranche of its previously announced private placement. The Company issued 1,800,000 units of the Company (“Units”) at a price of $0.08 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $144,000.
