Colombian Mines Changes Name and Stock Symbol

Colombian Mines Corporation (TSXV:CMJ) (“Colombian Mines” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company’s name will be changed to Newrange Gold Corp reflecting its expanded focus on quality near to intermediate term production assets across multiple highly favorable jurisdictions including Nevada, Colorado and Colombia. The common shares of the Company are expected to begin trading on December 2, 2016 under the new symbol “NRG” on the TSX Venture Exchange.
